Refund policy

We want you to love your Purève Seoul purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@koreabridging.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items that are opened, used, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@koreabridging.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
