Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Korean public holidays).

Shipping Time Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Rates Free shipping on orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 USD: $8 flat rate shipping.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties Purève Seoul ships from South Korea. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's regulations. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us.
